Avocado Jalapeno Ranch
Y’all. This is like crack. IDK what it is about this super simple and delicious ranch re-make, but I’ll eat it with crackers until it’s gone. This is basically a minor modification of the recipe you’ll find on the back of every Hidden Valley ranch packet. I promise the minimal extra work is SO worth it.

Avocado Jalapeno Ranch

- 1/2 of one large avocado
- 1/2 c mayo
- 2/3 c milk
- 1/3 c lime juice
- 2 jalapeños, roughly chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic

The typical recipe you’ll find on the back of your ranch packets are: 1 cup mayo, 1 cup milk, and 1 ranch packet. This recipe stays true to that ratio with the half avocado/half mayo mix, and 1 cup combined of milk and lime juice. Then the garlic, jalapeño and sprinkle of salt really take it to the next level.
I’m not lying when I say I’ll literally eat this as a dip… when I make this, it usually doesn’t last longer than 2-3 days in our fridge, because I’m addicted. My husband makes fun of me, but even he admits that this ranch is damn good.
It’s the perfect dressing for taco or fajita salad, which is one of our go to ‘we need a quick meal’ meals. I love getting pre-marinated fajita chicken thighs and cooking them up to go in the salad, and then all your normal taco salad toppings of course.
I hope you try this and get as addicted as I am (I don’t have a problem).
